Autonomous Methods provides advisory and implementation services focused on AI-assisted research, decision workflows, and execution systems for founder-led companies and lean teams. Services are delivered through calls, written deliverables, and hands-on project work as agreed in a separate statement of work or engagement letter.

Booking a call through this site creates a scheduling request, not a binding contract. Advisory engagements begin only after both parties agree to scope, fees, and terms in writing. I reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking.

All content on this site — including text, images, case studies, and methodology — is owned by Autonomous Methods and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

For client work, deliverables are governed by the specific engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, I retain rights to general methodologies, reusable frameworks, and tools developed before or independently of the engagement.

I treat information shared during advisory calls and engagements as confidential and will not disclose it without permission, except as required by law. Clients agree to keep proprietary methodologies and non-public deliverables confidential unless agreed otherwise.

Services are provided on a professional, best-efforts basis. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this site or any advisory services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autonomous Methods from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Results from AI-assisted workflows and advisory services depend on many factors outside my control, including team adoption, data quality, and market conditions. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or performance improvements.

Either party may terminate an advisory engagement according to the terms of the applicable statement of work. I may suspend or terminate access to the site or booking system for abuse or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
